- The coffee will be made by Debbie DeMerritt. The pot will be perking merrily when you arrive at the church.
- In the Fireside room –
- Sprad a tablecloth on the large wooden table.
- Set the tabel with coffee cups, juice cups, small plates, utensils (if applicable), napkins, a basket of sugar & artificial sweetners and coffee stirs.
- In the kitchen –
- Place the cookies, donus, etc on plates – cut up large donuts or cakes before putting on table.
- Pour juice into pitchers.
- Pour mild into a pitcher or creamer
- Either bring entire coffee pot out to Fireside room or fill thermoses with coffee.
- Set all food drink on table
- As worship service ends fill a few cups of coffee for “the rush”
- As coffee hour winds down -
- Clear table
- Pour out remaining coffee and was coffee pot.
- Give away or throw out perishable foods. Unopended packages of cookies, Ect ca be stored in kitchen closet.
- Wash, dry and put away all dishes, utensils, pitchers, etc.
- Wipe down Fireside table
- Wipe down counters in kitchen
- Go home put your feet up!
